I’ve been all about the goal setting for the last few months and I have been using a modified (read: notebook) version of these printables for creating my goals and sticking to them. I’m obsessed with these goal setting printables!
I shared my 2020 goals with you guys last week. This system is something that I’ve done with all of my goals. I started with my month long and went all the way to five year goals. I’ve been listening to so much pd lately and I don’t remember where I heard it, but I learned that when you set a goal, you should set at least three action items to help you accomplish that goal. Some of my year long goals are actually my action items for my three year goals. Learning this has been instrumental in me meeting my goals!
Goal Digger worksheets are at the bottom of the post.
I use the deep dive goal setting sheet below to figure out my why behind the goal. If your why doesn’t give you deep emotion, you might not have a strong enough reason to follow through with your goal.
It’s key, when goal setting, to know what your inspiration is, along with any potential roadblocks. I’m also a firm believer in have a reward for reaching your goal. Make it something you crave!
For most of my business related goals, I have monetary rewards that I can put toward new equipment. I’ve picked a training I think would be very helpful. Most of my health and fitness goals rewards related to them like a really nice pair of jeans or a pair of shoes I’ve had my eye on for awhile. I also might grab new workout equipment I really want.
